At the urban scale, the cities who received the most solo travelers are, in order, Paris, London, New York, Los Angeles, Seoul, Toronto, Sao Paulo, Mexico, Atlanta, Madrid. Regarding the tricolor capital, not only is it the most popular all categories of travelers combined, but it attracted the greatest number of women in the first quarter of 2022, with 570,000 nights booked.
In terms of road-tripone might have imagined that the rankings recommending the countries most sure on a security level would have been followed by solo travellers. For example, in the fall of 2021, the luggage storage site Usebounce had designated theIceland, Malta, Portugal, Croatia, Spain, Belize, Montenegro, Japan, Slovenia and Ireland like the best destinations. However, this study had added other parameters to propose this ranking, in particular the quality of youth hostels and the cost of public transport.
