A motorist was seriously injured in an accident with his Communauto vehicle on Sunday morning in Montreal.
At around 4:20 a.m., the driver allegedly lost control of the vehicle and hit a pole on the driver’s side. The incident reportedly occurred near the intersections of rue Notre-Dame Est and avenue Bourbonnière.
The driver reportedly sustained serious upper body injuries, but there is no fear for his life. The police froze the scene while waiting for the return of the doctors, to determine the state of health of the victim.
The vehicle would have been involved alone in this collision.
