If you are one of the people who likes to peek into other people’s fridges, a surprise awaits you in that of the TikTokeuse Eve Scampoli. And for good reason: there is even a framed photo of a cat.

We no longer count the number of videos on social networks that show how to tidy up your kitchen, your cupboards or your spice cabinet. But here comes a new idea which consists of cleaning out your fridge and decorating it.

Flowers as decoration in the fridge

Eve Scampoli’s refrigerator is lined with flowers. The food is perfectly aligned. There are even small, very decorative glass bottles.

“This is the weirdest and most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen,” wrote one follower. Some netizens claim that the video motivated them to clean their refrigerator and also put a photo there. Still others find it perfectly logical to put flowers in the fridge: following all, florists also store their flowers in a cold room, which allows them to stay fresh longer.

The photo of the cat does not pass

However, this seems to bother a majority of TikTok users, who do not believe their eyes and who even go so far as to virulently criticize this fantasy. Among the comments, we can read in particular: “Enough!” or even “You can’t cook absolutely anything good with what’s in your fridge”. Contrary to many Internet users (“Please, get those tomatoes out of here!”), it seems to have escaped Eve that tomatoes do not go in the refrigerator.

But it’s the photo of Eve’s cat that polarizes the most attention. “Is it an altar in memory of your cat or why this photo next to the flowers?” asks one person. If some think that Eve “has a mental problem”, others go so far as to say that in her fridge “nothing makes sense”. Eve takes things philosophically by posting a video in her defense.

In the video in question, she takes up the negative comments in the form of text, with a piece of music in the background, of which she mimes the words: “I like it, I think it’s out of the ordinary”. There, for once, she is not wrong.
