Jeep Avenger Achieves New Global Recognition

The new Jeep Avenger completely electric was distinguished as the Best Family SUV at the 2023 Women’s World Car of the Year (WWCOTY) awards.

The compact B-SUV was shortlisted along with 12 other family SUVs at the 13th edition of the awards, with the winner of this segment being decided by an international panel of jurors from 45 countries.

Motorization and autonomy

A new electric powertrain combines a single 400-volt electric motor with 115 kilowatts and 260 Nm of peak torque and a new 54 kWh battery.

The introduction of the Jeep Avenger in Europe marks the start of the next phase of the electrification of the Jeep brand, the BEV wave, which will see four all-electric vehicles come to market by 2025. By the end of 2030, European sales will be 100% purely electric.

The Jeep Avenger, unveiled at the 2022 Paris Motor Show, It has already been acclaimed by customers and industry experts alike. In January, the Avenger was named the 2023 European Car of the Year.
