Although 13 days have passed since the devastating earthquake that struck people and people in Turkey and Syria, the human tragedies have not stopped.
From time to time, new stories are revealed from under the rubble, but the strange thing is that the disaster did not spare even the animals in its greatness.
Pages on social media circulated pictures showing a cat shrunk by a Turkish aid worker who rescued it from under the rubble following many days of the disaster, without clarifying the location of the incident.
The cat appeared sitting on the worker’s shoulder, refusing to leave him, as if expressing to him her great gratitude for what he had done with her.
A video clip spread on social media of the cat sitting on the shoulder of the rescue worker and smelling his face, refusing to leave him, until the latter decided, in front of her attachment and attachment to him, to adopt her and take her to live with him.
It is noteworthy that the 7.8-magnitude earthquake that struck Turkey and Syria on February 6 at 4:17 am was considered one of the worst disasters in the region, following leaving more than 47,000 victims so far.
Agence France-Presse teams indicated that the chances of survival decreased around the epicenter in the north, in mountainous areas such as Kahramanmaraş, and even the snowy areas in Al-Bustan and Adiyaman, where temperatures dropped to -15 degrees Celsius at night.
It is also expected that the number of victims will rise significantly, given the number of apartments destroyed by the earthquake, which is estimated at 264,000, and with many remaining without sense or news.
