What are NYIs?
The JNIs are distinguished by the setting up of conferences, symposiums, open days, “hackathons”, competitions, virtual fairs, presentations of professions, to name only the main events. Thus, in the continuity of 2022, and to celebrate science and engineering, the JNI and the conference will bring together engineers and researchers, but also pupils, students and teachers, economic actors, political decision-makers in all regions of France. It will be possible to participate in these exchanges online.
Through this event, the objectives are :
- Gather members of a multifaceted community.
- Promote and enhance careers in science in the eyes of the general public and decision-makers, to encourage vocations and promote employment.
- To strenghten among engineers the feeling of belonging to a professional body fully committed to the major transformations of our world and that they can do more and listen to these questions.
- Encourage engineers to commit, undertake and innovate in order to act in favor of sustainable development and the decarbonisation of industry.
