A Renault Clio traveling towards Mettet was hit by a Delhaize semi-trailer traveling in the same direction. Following a swerve, the truck pinned the Renault once morest the central berm. The firefighters of the Val de Sambre area went to the scene and drove the driver, miraculously unscathed, to the CHR d’Auvelais. This accident caused large queues in the direction of Mettet following the stoppage of traffic. The Daussoulx WPR was responsible for the findings.
