Accordingly, around 2 am on February 18, the owner of the wood workshop, Mr. Dinh Van Luong, discovered an explosion and smoke billowing up in the workshop area next to the house; When they went out to check, the fire broke out fiercely, covering the wood workshop.
After receiving the news, the police force of Khanh Vinh district sent 3 motorbikes, 2 cars and 22 officers and soldiers to coordinate with the functional forces of Khanh Vinh town to participate in the rescue; at the same time, notify the Fire Prevention and Fighting and Rescue and Rescue Police force of the Provincial Police to support and coordinate in fighting the fire with 4 vehicles and 25 officers and soldiers; City Police. Nha Trang supported 1 vehicle and 7 officers and soldiers.
The fire fighting was very difficult, because the factory had a lot of flammable wood, the strong wind caused the fire to explode, plus the roof frame of the factory collapsed, so the fire fighting was very difficult. By regarding 5 hours, the fire was basically under control.
According to initial statistics, the damage was estimated at over 1.6 billion VND. The case is currently being investigated and clarified by the authorities.
