Rentaltech audiovisual signs partnership with multinational and football clubs

Partnerships between companies and startups have been on the rise in recent years. According to a balance sheet carried out by the 100 Open Startups platform and released by Visa, the volume of agreements closed between large companies and startups grew 20 times over a period of five years. Between 2020 and 2021, 1,635 ventures signed contracts with startups, according to the survey.

For 2023, the prospects are also positive. An example of this is Mov Locadora, a rentaltech that hires audiovisual equipment and technology per day or subscribes to it, and has entered into partnerships with FujiFilm in Brazil and with three major Brazilian football clubs: São Paulo, Santos and Coritiba. Collaborations aim to democratize the audiovisual sector in the country and show more people that it is possible to rent equipment such as a camera, lens and notebook, dispensing with the need to purchase.

According to Leandro Ferreira, CEO-Founder of Mov Locadora, with the partnership, the startup provides various audiovisual equipment, including the FujiFilm brand, for the areas of communication, marketing and relationship with the supporters of the clubs, and marketing actions carried out by the startup on game days, in addition to actions on their social media.

“With the partnership, the clubs have access to the best equipment available without the need for investment. The branding investment with the clubs reinforces our position in democratizing the audiovisual sector and making more people aware of the modality”, says Ferreira.

“In the short term, we are reaching people who, until then, did not know that this modality existed. [aluguel de equipamentos audiovisuais]bringing together professionals as well as enthusiasts and travelers”, adds the businessman.

“Mov, with the agility of a startup, has become an important part of our communication and business. The renewal is to continue and make this successful partnership more solid”, considers Granner.

Paulo Galdieri, senior communications coordinator for São Paulo, in turn, says he finds Mov Locadora “the ideal partnership for our projects”. Rafael Ianoski, responsible for Coritiba’s multimedia area, says that the club has found in rentaltech audiovisual a strategic institutional partner to add even more value to the brand and is in line with the moment experienced by the club, of transformation and innovation: “Mov is the official partner of Coritiba and together we are going to democratize the audiovisual sector, both in football and in society as a whole”, he says.

Finally, the director of Santos TV, Guilherme Santos, says that the club identified in the audiovisual startup “a strategic and fast partner” to work together with the audiovisual productions on the club’s TV, “with updated and complete equipment for the areas of communication and marketing”.
