On returning home following his face to face with Mame Mbaye Niang, Ousmane Sonko had to be taken away by force by the gendarmes, because of the crowd following him. While the police had previously decided to escort him, they finally chose the strong method.
His car windows were smashed, then his car door was forced open. He will then be taken away and put in another vehicle to take him home.
