(CercleFinance.com) – Orange announces net income for 2022 of 2.62 billion euros, once morest 778 million in 2021, and organic cash flow from telecom activities up 27.4% to 3.06 billion, in line with its objective of at least 2.9 billion.
On a comparable basis, the French incumbent operator achieved an EBITDAaL of nearly 13 billion euros, up 2.5% in line with the objective, thanks to its cost discipline, for a turnover of 43.5 billion, up 0.6%.
In 2023, Orange is aiming for a slight increase in EBITDAaL, an organic cash flow from telecoms activities of at least 3.5 billion euros, and a net debt/EBITDAaL ratio from telecoms activities unchanged around twice in the medium term.
For 2022, the AGM of May 23 will decide on the payment of a dividend of 0.70 euro per share. The group also plans, for 2023, to increase the floor dividend to 0.72 euros per share including an interim payment of 0.30 euros to be paid in December 2023.
