Ngoc Ha (born 1986), lives in Quarter 2, Dong Luong Ward, Dong Ha City, Quang Tri Province.

As a diligent, work-loving wife, Ha also runs an online clothing business (online sales) and goes to “stork land” to earn extra income. However, despite my best efforts, selling clothes online is still at a loss.
Therefore, Ha decided to borrow money from relatives and friends to focus on real estate business in the form of “surfing”, also known as “surfing”. In fact, Ha borrowed from the latter to pay interest to the former lenders. However, when the number of lenders became less and less, unable to manage to pay interest, fraud gradually revealed, Ha surrendered. At the same time, many victims submitted complaints regarding Ha’s fraudulent behavior.

Ms. Ho Thi H (born in 1984) lives in Tan Vinh neighborhood, Dong Luong ward, Dong Ha city, accusing H of using fraudulent tricks to appropriate more than 1 billion dong…

It is known that Ha was forced to leave 2 small children for her husband to take care of. Before being arrested, Ha was fired by the company.
