Hi Guys, today I came here to share with you a recipe that is simply delicious and unanimously accepted by everyone: the condensed milk pudding. Seriously, who doesn’t like a pudding good creamy and smooth, Is not it? And best of all, it’s easy to make and doesn’t take a lot of time. Let’s do this?
To start, let’s go to the ingredients of the traditional recipe:
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 1 can of milk (measured in the can of condensed milk)
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
- 1 cup of sugar (for the syrup)
For prepare hot, put the sugar in a pan and lead to the medium fire, always stirring, until it melts and turns into a caramelized syrup. Pour the syrup into the mold and spread it well, covering the entire bottom.
In a blender, beat the condensed milk, milk, eggs and vanilla essence until the mixture is homogeneous. Pour this mixture into the mold with the caramelized syrup and cover with aluminum foil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees in a bain-marie for regarding 1 hour and 30 minutes, or until the pudding is firm. Remove from the oven, let cool and refrigerate for a few hours before unmolding.
And that’s it, your condensed milk pudding is ready to be enjoyed. Oh, and if you want, you can decorate with chocolate shavings or grated coconut. It’s delicious! Easy right?
