World tennis supports victims of recent earthquakes – Roland-Garros

In the affected regions, more than 17 million people are now homeless, forced to live in freezing cold. Blankets, emergency accommodation, food and water are urgently needed.

Money raised through the campaign, initiated by a joint donation from tennis governing bodies, will be donated to the GlobalGiving Turkey and Syria Earthquake Relief Fund, which aims to support those affected as well as than longer-term reconstruction activities. All fans can make a donation via the Official page.

In addition, a unique NFT created by the LOVE art project was auctioned as part of this campaign. Meeting on OpenSea to make an offer before the sale closes on February 17.

Tennis Plays for Love follows on from the previous Tennis Plays for Peace campaign last year, which has so far raised more than $3.5 million for war victims in Ukraine.
