The world of comes out of the woodwork on the regulation of influencers, at the center of the debates for several weeks following several scandals which have caused a lot of talk. Three weeks ago, the DGCCRF (General Directorate for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention) revealed that of the sixty influencers and agencies it had targeted since 2021, six out of ten did not respect regulations and consumer rights.
Today, the Udecam (Union of media consulting and buying companies), the SCRP (Union of public relations consulting agencies) and the AACC (Association of Communication Consulting Agencies) reveal a common position, while the economic weight of influencer marketing is growing every year.
