The Super Bowl ‘Halftime Show’, or halftime show, is one of the most important musical events of the year.

Though it takes place in the middle of a sporting event, football fans—and others who may not like discipline—tune in to see the musical show.

This is the staging right in the middle of the game and in which an artist —with or without guests— offer the experience of a concert, but in a limited time: around 13 minutes.

In 2023, the ‘Halftime Show’ will be led by Rihanna. The stage will be her return to the stage in 7 years, the singer said at a press conference.

Prince at the 2007 Super Bowl

Not even the rain might stop the iconic Prince in his presentation of the ‘Halftime Show’ in 2007. This is considered by media such as Billboard magazine as the best presentation in Super Bowl history.

And if watching the multi-talented artist perform his hits under the relentless Miami rain isn’t enough, then you have some very difficult tastes to satisfy.

In a video that the American Football League, the NFL, shared on its YouTube channel, they say that before the weather forecast, Prince said that he might not only perform in the rain but that he would like it to rain even more.

“Can you make it rain more?” Were the singer’s words, according to the NFL.
