Lucy Tara (played by Yasmine Al-Bustami) and Kate Whistler (Tori Anderson) will finally get the reunion fans have been waiting for in next week’s action-packed episode of NCIS: Hawaii. Not only will Special Agent Afloat return to earth earlier than planned for a surprise visit, but she’ll also play a major role in the Pearl Harbor Task Force’s next high-stakes mission when the CBS series returns next Monday.
New footage from CBS has confirmed that Lucy will receive a warm return when she visits the island on next week’s episode, Good Samaritan.
An image shows the agent toasting with his colleagues, Jane Tennant (Vanessa Lachey), Kai Holman (Alex Tarrant), Jesse Boone (Noah Mills) and, of course, Kate.
Fans will be thrilled to see the two agents back together following they decided to make their relationship work at the end of the first season.
Unfortunately, Lucy’s new job has kept her away from Kate for most of the season, but they will soon have the opportunity to reunite.

@GemmaParfett admitted, “So I’m super confused. Lucy returns early and surprises the team early in the episode.
“And then at the end, they throw him a surprise welcome party?” Is that how it’s going to work? »
To which @steames12 replied: “I think so! Maybe their first celebration in the bullpen was cut short because of the crime. »
“Besides, it looks like Lucy and Jesse are in trouble, so the party at the end is a nice surprise! “.
The episode’s official synopsis remains vague, as it reads, “When a Navy deserter accidentally emerges from hiding, his family becomes a target that pushes the NCIS team and Charlie 1 (Linc Hand ) to investigate to find out who is following them.
“Meanwhile, Lucy surprises the team by returning early to Hawaii from her job as an agent at sea.”
Either way, viewers will be thrilled to see one of their favorite agents return to terra firma, whether it’s a permanent return or a short visit.
Season 2 of NCIS: Hawaii continues Mondays on CBS in the United States. A UK release date has yet to be announced.
