The Quality of Life at Work for health and medico-social professionals

Quality of life at work, what is it?

QVT is a way of reinvesting the question of work and its transformations, in this sense it is an ambitious approach. It is an approach that allows “thinking regarding the content of the work” during the design, implementation and evaluation phases of technical or organizational projects.

The national inter-professional agreement of 2013 specifies that “The conditions in which employees carry out their work and their ability to express themselves and act on the content thereof determine the resulting perception of the Quality of life at work” (ANI, June 2013).
