Infrastructure does not meet requirements. Transport infrastructure lacks connectivity, mainly by road. Tourism infrastructure is still weak. For example, in the past, Nam Dinh had a development advantage over Ha Nam and Ninh Binh, but now Ha Nam and Ninh Binh develop faster, the important reason is the connection transport infrastructure of these two provinces. better. Another example, when Hai Phong implemented traffic works connecting with Quang Ninh and other provinces, Hai Phong developed a breakthrough.
“Such analysis shows that we still have a lot of work to do. The staff must dare to think, dare to do, dare to make breakthroughs, dare to take responsibility for the people, for the country, for the common good to turn nothing into a reality. , turning difficult into easy, turning impossible into possible,” stressed the Prime Minister.
