In the clip, the Porsche driver with the Hanoi license plate stopped the car across the ring road 3 on high (the section through Me Tri, Nam Tu Liem), stopped the Hyundai car with license plate number 29A-606.XX.
After the two cars stopped, the Porsche driver repeatedly asked the Hyundai driver to open the door and cursed. When the enemy rolled down the window, the Porsche driver spat into the car.
It is known that the person who posted the clip is Mr. D.TP. According to Mr. P., Porsche cars drove in the emergency lane of the ring road 3 on high. At the stop, the Porsche pulled into the inner lane, but the Hyundai driver did not allow it, so a dispute arose.
The representative of the Road Traffic Police Team No. 6 (Traffic Police Department, Hanoi City Police) said that he had received a complaint regarding the case of a Porsche car driver who stopped and spat on the direction of the ring road 3 overhead.
