Support union members and employees to suspend the performance of labor contracts or take unpaid leave during the term of the labor contract for 30 consecutive days or more due to the business being cut or reduced orders (except for union members, employees temporarily suspend the performance of labor contracts, take unpaid leave for personal reasons) from October 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023. Support union members and employees whose labor contracts are terminated from October 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023 (unless the employee unilaterally terminates the labor contract illegally; being disciplined for dismissal; agreeing to the probationary contents stated in the labor contract but the probationary is unsatisfactory or one party cancels the probation agreement; enjoying monthly pension, loss of working capacity allowance) but not eligible for unemployment benefits.
