A woman was killed by her husband in Damietta.. and the Health Bureau discovers the crime

A woman was killed in the village of Kafr Al-Bustan, which belongs to theDamietta Centerfollowing her husband assaulted her, which led to her death, and the village of Kafr Al-Bustan in Damietta Governorate witnessed a murder, in which a 22-year-old woman was killed by her husband, called Muhammad, 30 years old, and he works as a tuk-tuk driver.

The details of the incident go back to when the perpetrator went to the health unit in the village to obtain a burial permit for his wife, Marihan S., who is 22 years old, a housewife, and has a 5-year-old child.

When the doctor of the health unit went to the marital home for a medical examination of the victim, the apparent medical examination showed her that there was blood coming out of the nostrils and mouth, and stiffness in the feet and hands, and there were blue marks on the face and hand, which raised suspicion that the death was almost criminal. Al-Fur wrote its report and placed the body at the disposal of the Public Prosecution Office.

The doctor also informed the security authorities, who went to the crime scene, and were able to arrest the husband, in preparation for presenting him to the Public Prosecution Office to complete the investigations.

The perpetrator admitted the details of the incident before the Public Prosecution, which stated that he had killed his wife, and the perpetrator represented the crime in the marital home before the Public Prosecution, which ordered his continued detention until he was referred to criminal trial, to complete his trial.

The Damietta Center Prosecution is completing investigations in preparation for taking the necessary legal measures once morest the perpetrator and bringing him to trial. The accused faces several charges, most notably the charge of premeditated murder.
