(PLO)- A man with a history of mental illness unfortunately fell into a well and was safely rescued by functional forces.
Information from Ba Vi District Police, Hanoi City Police, said that at regarding 10 am on February 10, people discovered that Mr. PTB (41 years old) had fallen into an abandoned well at his home.
Mr. B has a history of mental illness and fell into a well while walking.
Upon receiving the news, Ba Vi District Police directed the Fire and Rescue Police Team to mobilize two special vehicles and 14 officers and soldiers to urgently go to the scene to rescue.

After reaching the scene, the rescue team quickly deployed rescue plans. However, the rescue faced many difficulties because the well was deeper than 25 m, the well radius was very small, only 50 cm, difficult to access.
After only 10 minutes, the rescue force was able to bring Mr. B out of the well to ensure safety.
