According to the Namur prosecutor’s office, it was 3:15 p.m. when one or more shots rang out in the neighborhood. One person was targeted but not hit.
According to our information, the person was driving his car when he was shot.
According to the prosecution, three people were arrested. They were not arrested on the spot, but a little later.
In addition to investigators and an ambulance, ballistic, automotive and lab experts descended on the scene.

This scene has in any case created a small wind of panic among the students of the Technical Institute of Namur, located not far from there.
