The details of this accident are summarized by the receipt of a report to the operating room at 5.55 am regarding the existence of a run-over accident in one of the residential areas and the driver who caused the accident escaped from the site of the accident. Immediately form a specialized team from the Investigation and Traffic Control Department to apprehend the offending driver.
