Last Wednesday night (09), Nintendo presented its traditional Direct with several new features for the first half of 2023.
In the highlights, the Japanese company brought the new trailer for The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, a surprise announcement of Metroid Prime Remastered, Game Boy emulators for Switch and more news.
During the 40-minute event, Nintendo confirmed rumors from last year that it was working on Game Boy and Game Boy Advance emulators for Nintendo Switch Online. The first can be used at no additional cost by subscribers of the basic plan, while the second is restricted to members of the Additional Package.
The game library is quite limited, only featuring 9 Game Boy and 6 Game Boy Advance titles. Check the list below:
