The important figure that rugbiers must pay to Fernando Burlando for the trial of Fernando Báez Sosa

In this regard, the judgment of the Court detailed: “The regulation of professional fees accrued in favor of Dr. Hugo José Tomei, for his role as defense attorney for the eight defendants, should be deferred, for the opportunity to accompany the proof of payment of the taxes of law”.

Thomsen, Ciro Pertossi, Enzo Comelli, Matías Benicelli and Luciano Pertossi were sentenced to life imprisonment for being co-authors of the crime of doubly aggravated homicide. Meanwhile, for Ayrton Viollaz, Blas Cinalli and Lucas Pertossi received a sentence of 15 years in prison for being secondary participants.

In this context, the lawyer Fernando Burlando was dissatisfied with the 15-year prison sentence for Ayrton Viollaz, Lucas Pertossi and Blas Cinalli, and announced that he will appeal the ruling.

“A weak justice when evaluating sentences is not justice”observed Burlando, following affirming that the Court “had leniency with three defendants in an irrational way.”
