The French satirical magazine “Charlie Hebdo” is once once more causing a stir: A recent cartoon by the author Juin shows destroyed buildings, piles of rubble, and a car lying on its roof, titled “Earthquake in Turkey”. Below the drawing is the subtitle, which translates to “Not even tanks need to be sent.”
