Ras Al Khaimah, on February 7 / WAM / The Ras Al Khaimah Police Training Center held during the past year 2022 within the framework of the training and development policy pursued by the Ministry of Interior to develop the capabilities and skills of its employees, and for which the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police is keen to provide all forms of support for it, 66 various training courses that benefited from it 1284.
Colonel Dr. Nasser Muhammad Al-Bakr, Director of the Training Center in Ras Al Khaimah Police, indicated that the center, in line with the policy and vision of the Ministry of Interior and the follow-up of the General Command of Ras Al Khaimah Police, held this number of training courses during the past year, most notably the qualification course for officers that lasted for a full 4 months, and courses Immediate response, sense of security and body language, tolerance in human rights, ethics of the security profession and other courses that enriched the experiences and capabilities of 1284 graduates of both sexes from the police.
He stated that the center organized during 2022 a number of 18 workshops, including educational workshops and others related to the “Share my knowledge” initiative, in which the number of participants reached 1,129 male and female members of the police, pointing out that last year recorded an increase of 20 percent in the number of courses held compared to 2021 in light of the decrease in procedures The Covid 19 pandemic and the return of life to normal, adding that the center’s management sought to increase the number of qualified and experienced national lecturers, as they constituted 71 percent of the total lecturers who were hired to give lectures and workshops.
Colonel Nasser Al-Bakr confirmed that the courses and workshops that were implemented during the past year focused on achieving several goals that are in line with the strategic goal of the Ministry of Interior to ensure the provision of all administrative services in accordance with standards of quality, efficiency and transparency by focusing on developing outputs and keeping pace with global development and enhancing the ability of associates to foresee the future. And analysis and readiness to participate in the Excellence Awards and demonstrate the importance of public policies such as motivation and honoring, indicating that the courses held in 2022 witnessed great commitment and discipline by its members, which contributed to achieving the set goals and the desired success.
