These figures do not take into consideration zone A, which is already in school holidays. This zone, the first on vacation in the school calendar, includes the academies of Besançon, Bordeaux, Clermont-Ferrand, Dijon, Grenoble, Limoges, Lyon and Poitiers.
On January 31, during the second day of mobilization, the rate of striking teachers was 25.92%, including 26.65% in primary education and 25.22% in colleges and high schools, according to the ministry, although below the figures of the unions, which had counted many more strikers, at least 50% among the teachers, from kindergarten to high school.
