The Government offered a 5% increase per month in the Río Negro parity

This year’s salary parity was held this Monday followingnoon and the Province offered a cumulative salary increase consisting of a salary increase of 5% per month and which represents 80% effective per year for all of 2023.

As detailed by the Government on the cumulative rise «responds to a historical request from the state unions, marks a new paradigm in the definition of increases, since Until now, they have always been made on the basis of the last salary of the previous year’s parity ».

The government offer foresees the beginning of the payment of the adjustments with the assets of Februaryand contemplates a review clause in the event that accumulated inflation exceeds the increase granted by 10 percentage points.

The proposal goes from February of this year to January 2024 and was made to the state unions ATE and UPCN at the meeting of the Public Function Board; and Unter in the teaching joint. Now, the guilds will analyze the scope of the same in their respective areas.

Present for the Government were the Minister of Economy, Luis Vaisberg; Government and Community, Rodrigo Buteler; and the Secretary of Public Function, Liliana Arriaga, together with the representatives of ATE Rodrigo Vicente; and from UPCN, Luis Rosas.

Meanwhile, the Minister of Education and Human Rights, Pablo Núñez; of Labor, Jorge Stopiello, and the leadership of UNTER, headed by its owner, Silvana Inostroza.
