On the evening of February 6, the Nghe An Provincial Police Investigation Agency detained 13 people to investigate the act of giving, brokering and accepting bribes that occurred at the Motor Vehicle Registration Center of Nghe An province.
This center has two facilities including facility 37-01S located in Vinh city, Nghe An and facility 37-02S located in Thai Hoa town, Nghe An.

Among the 13 people detained, there are three leaders of the Center for Motor Vehicle Registration of Nghe An Province, including Mr. Nguyen Quy Khanh (56 years old) – Director of the Center; Mr. Nguyen Trinh Tai (54 years old) – Deputy Director and Mr. Nguyen Viet Duc (54 years old) – Deputy Director.
In addition to the three leaders mentioned above, there are also 4 heads of inspection and professional departments and 3 registration staff of the Motor Vehicle Registration Center of Nghe An province. Three brokers were also arrested to serve the investigation.
