Montreal bandleader Yannick Nézet-Séguin picked up two awards during the non-televised segment of the Grammy Awards.

He first carried over the Grammy for Best Recording of an Opera for Fire Shut Up In My Bones as well as Best Vocal Solo Album for Voice of Nature – The Anthropocene.
These are the second and third Grammy awards he has won in his career.
The conductor won one last year in the category of best orchestral performance with the Philadelphia Orchestra.
