February 6 (Archyde.com) – Eurazeo said the supervisory board had decided on Monday to set up a new management board, appointed unanimously, comprising two chairmen, Christophe Bavaria and William Kadouch-Chassaing, as well as Sophie Flak and Olivier Millet.
In a press release, the group indicates that the supervisory board and Virginie Morgon have jointly decided on the end of her functions as president and member of the management board.
The mandates of Nicolas Huet, General Secretary of Eurazeo, and Marc Frappier, in charge of the Mid-large buyout activity, have also come to an end. The latter will continue to exercise their functions until the end of April 2023, it is indicated.
This change in the Executive Board has “the mission of accelerating Eurazeo’s development towards third-party management, optimizing the resource allocation strategy and continuing to improve the company’s financial and extra-financial performance for its clients. and its shareholders”.
The functions of Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer will be subject to annual rotation, the press release specifies. The first chairman of the board will be Christophe Bavière, the first general manager will be William Kadouch-Chassaing. (Written by Jean Terzian)
