Ingredients:
– 2 large peeled apples (approx. 250 gr)
– 2 eggs
– 2 large tablespoons of unsweetened Greek yogurt
– Optional: stevia to taste
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients very well. Take the mold you have and then bake for 40-45 minutes at 190°C or microwave for approximately 8 minutes at minimum temperature and ready to let cool before consuming.
