Going out on Tet holiday, finding a place to eat is somewhat difficult, but Thinh’s whole family overcame it. From the youngest to the oldest members, they all adapted well so no one got sick.
“The father of U80 makes us young people admire his endurance, optimism and passion for travel. Dad used to set foot in most of the provinces and cities of the country. This time, his descendants followed him to complete the map,” he said.
Before leaving, Mr. Thinh’s father-in-law looked on the internet and fell in love with the beauty of the “dinosaur spine” Ta Xua (Son La). He and his wife also intended to visit this place, but wondered because they were afraid of danger to the elderly and children.
In the end, his father-in-law conquered in glee.
For Mr. Thinh personally, among the destinations, the place to impress him the most is the road through Cao Bang forest with wild beauty. When I passed here, my car almost ran out of oil.
Hai Phong gave Thinh the best feeling regarding the Tet atmosphere and might not forget the freezing cold in Ta Xua.

At the end of the journey, Thinh’s small family returned first, his parents still stayed to visit relatives outside the North.
As a longtime backpacker, Thinh used to explore Ha Giang, Da Lat or Cambodia by motorbike. He also travels a lot with his wife and children.
At the beginning of last year, the family of 5 also had a trip at the beginning of the year with self-driving cars running through the South Central provinces, from Binh Dinh, Da Lat, Phan Thiet, Dong Nai, Phu Yen,…
“When the mind is young, 80 is like 20 years old. I’ve always wanted to live like that. I always think that life is only once, time with each person is limited, so live to the fullest in the present. In the future, I will go on short trips in the form of camping so that I can travel more time for everyone to play,” he shared.
The trip was filled with joy of Mr. Thinh’s family. |
