Morocco – Raja CA: Abdelilah Hafidi back home

A year following leaving Raja Casablanca, Abdelilah Hafidi returns to the Moroccan club. His adventure with Al Hazm was not successful.

Raja Casablanca will experience a turbulent winter transfer window. Several reinforcements are expected at the urgent request of the team coach Mondher Kebaier. The Tunisian claimed arrivals for the improvement of the quality of play of his team.

The management responded to the demands of its trainer by bringing back a former member of the house. This is Abdelilah Hafidi who has signed his return with the Greens. The 30-year-old player is under contract with Al Hazm until next June, but refused to continue the adventure in Saudi Arabia.

Pure product of Raja Casablanca, the native of Bejaad wore the colors of the club between 2011 and 2021 before joining Saudi Arabia for his first experience abroad. He won two championships, two Throne Cups and two CAF Cups with the Greens. He also lifted the African Super Cup and was a 2013 Club World Cup runner-up.

The Moroccan attacking midfielder has worn the colors of the Atlas Lions 21 times, scoring 3 goals. He was part of the Moroccan squad during CAN 2021 and the 2021 FIFA Arab Cup.
