iOS Tip: How to Chat Eye to Eye on FaceTime?

Initiating a video call on FaceTime, or any video conferencing service, has many advantages. But if there is a drawback (minor, admittedly), it is that it is difficult to look at both the screen and the camera. As a result, our eyes are not in the right axis, and visual contact is not total.

Luckily, there’s a handy feature hidden away in iPhone settings. Indeed, since iOS 14, an option allows you to virtually correct your gaze. This requires both a relatively new iPhone (iPhone Xs or later), and at least iOS 14, but that shouldn’t be a problem since we’ve already upgraded to iOS 16.
