Ingredients:
– 3 eggs
– 50 g bitter cocoa
– 240 cc water
– 260 g light sugar
– 180 cc sunflower oil
– 240 g flour 0000
– 50 g of baking soda
– 10 g baking powder
Preparation
Dissolve the cocoa in lukewarm water. Put the eggs, light sugar, oil and diluted cocoa in a container. Mix with a mixer until homogeneous.
Sift the flour, with the baking soda and the baking powder. Add to the previous preparation and mix.
Oil and flour a pudding mold. Pour the mixture into the mold and cook in a preheated oven at 170º C for approximately 40 minutes. Check by poking with a toothpick, and that it comes out without adhered preparation. Remove and let cool.
