A criminal was traveling through the streets of Valentín Alsina in Lanús without helmet and without patentthus the police wanted to arrest him to control the irregularities. When trying to corroborate the vehicle data, the driver he escaped through the streets until he reached the Riachuelo. There, seeing a policeman blocking his way, decided to jump into the stream to escape.
The police pursuit started at the intersection of Olazábal and Pellegrini streets, in the area of La Rivera, where the troops saw a man without a helmet aboard a motorcycle for no apparent reason for which they gave him the order to stop and proceed to identify him.
