Institute for the Protection of Natural Health One wish and two resolutions for 2023!

Dear friend, dear friend,

In recent years I have had the opportunity to wish you joy or strength1.

In 2023, I wish yoube persistent.

You know it as well as I, the times we are going through are marked by uncertainty.

At a time when we have multiple modeling and prediction tools, nothing seems as unpredictable as the years to come.

This is true for Europe, which is rediscovering war on its territory following 30 years of calm.

But which continent can claim to be sheltered from political, economic or ecological turbulence in the coming months?

The situations in the United States, Brazil, China, Iran or Russia seem tense.

Confusion reigns.

In my opinion, this is due, in large part, to the corruption of certain institutions, which until then no one would have believed to be dishonest.

Here are two examples.

The WHO in the hands of Bill Gates

The WHO, an international body representing states, is funded largely by private actors2.

The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation is one of the major contributors – far ahead of France and most states – to the WHO budget2,3.

It’s a gender confusion.

In the minds of the citizens of the world, the WHO represents the States, that is to say the general interest.

In practice, it applies the health vision of a single man, who is neither a doctor nor a therapist.

He is a computer scientist who made his fortune. Is this sufficient to represent the general interest?

Moreover, the Gates Foundation itself is financed through the profits of its actions in the pharmaceutical industry. From the start, Bill Gates endowed it with a fund of 50 billion euros2,3.

Isn’t there a serious conflict of interest here?

And, generally, the newspapers which defend the tycoon are also financed by his Foundation4.

It’s not reassuring.

The EU and crossed out contracts

The countries of the European Union, except Sweden, have more or less imposed on their populations – under penalty of social exclusion – RNA vaccines.

However, the supply contracts signed by the EU remained secret.

And when MEPs like Michèle Rivasi, French MP and member of the Budget Control Committee, or Margrete Auken, Danish MP, asked to see these contracts, they were given copies crossed out in black5,6.

The important mentions concerning in particular the price were illegible.

It took leaks from pharmaceutical companies for certain clauses of these contracts to be known.7.

Four MEPs ended up taking legal action so that the documents relating to these public contracts – paid for by your taxes – be made… public5,6.

However, the President of the European Commission, who signed the contracts, remained in office.

Can we still speak of democracy when state contracts are not accessible to elected officials?

Who is Madame Van der Leyen?

It’s neither you nor me, obviously.

You, who read this letter…

Other scandals erupted over the period.

There are too many to list here.

The Lancet Gate and the fake study with more than 100,000 patients invented to discredit hydroxychloroquine did not strengthen the confidence that the public might have in science and its experts8.

All this, if you read my letter, you know more or less.

You are one of those who stayed tuned, who asked themselves questions.

You were willing to hear several bells ringing.

You had the intuition that everything that the official media said perhaps deserved to be nuanced.

And perhaps you have been directly affected by what we are going through?

  • Perhaps you have lost your attending physician, sued by the College of Physicians?

  • Have you had any vaccine-related side effects?

  • Perhaps you have felt extreme loneliness in recent months?

  • Maybe you were angry, maybe you protested?

  • Perhaps you were indignant at the way Professor Montagnier was treated or other great scientists who were refused to be listened to when each passing day shows that they were at least partly right?

Stay the course!

Perhaps you were among those who attempted unity despite everything.

These were rare.

Agreeing not to enter into controversy, they tried to keep human ties around them.

Your curiosity, your ability to question yourself, your desire to better understand make you lights in this disturbing, sometimes dark world.

Your uniqueness, your intuitions, your inner self, your free will make you free and precious people.

Your loved ones need you.

Our time needs you.

So whatever your resilience sector, nurture it!

Create links, plan for the future, keep your eyes and ears on the lookout.

It is a time for watchmen, those who carry a torch which one hopes will be able to enlighten others a little.

Our civilization is coming to the end of a cycle, the end of a system. Everyone feels it.

No one knows what the future will hold.

But I am convinced that the next cycle will need you!

So I wish you perseverance in your projects and in your desire to care for your loved ones with nature.

This wish is also for me.

And to achieve this, I chose two resolutions.

Resolution #1: Smile as much as possible

When you smile, your body naturally releases hormones9.

This action is both mechanical and chemical.

The smiling muscles include the zygomatics and the risorius.10.

When you activate them, they stimulate the hypothalamus located in the brain.

This structure in the brain makes the connection between the nervous system and the endocrine or hormonal system11.

The hypothalamus works with the pituitary which is a pea-sized endocrine gland12.

Your smile allows the production of a chemical substance: endorphin13.

It is also called the happiness hormone. You also produce it when you practice physical activity13.

Your smile muscles, even if they’re a little forced, cause your brain to produce a hormone that makes you feel good.

Endorphin reduces stress and brings a little happiness14.

Smiling, in difficult situations, gives you confidence in yourself. With more serenity, you are likely to make a better decision.

In practice, this is what it looks like:

You receive a critical email from someone, close or not. This email annoys you to the point. It is unfair and out of place. Smile.

This person must have been really in a bad mood! His anger does not reach you. On the contrary ! Suddenly this anger seems quite useless to you. What energy spent on junk!

Here is another situation. Someone honks your horn while shouting in his car incantations whose meaning escapes you.

The general idea is clearer: the person is furious. Because of you and your adherence to speed limits, both cars will have to wait at a red light. Immediate smile.

The voltage drops. Indeed, smiling at someone who is yelling at you is often very effective in calming people down.

At worst, if the other person gets even more angry, it allows you to keep calm.

Even a painful smile can be therapeutic.

Resolution #2: Always tell the truth

This resolution has existed since the dawn of time in all manuals of human wisdom.

Humans know this is the unstoppable recipe for a life in the light.

But human vision is sometimes so blurry, so limited, so confused, so marked by emotions that telling the truth or avoiding the lie, which is the lighter version, can be difficult.

It takes a bit of practice.

Once you get used to it, however, you can’t live without it. Because telling the truth saves a lot of time and strengthens ties with loved ones.

This reinforces everyone’s sense of responsibility. And that’s good in all human relationships.

Of course, this does not mean that you have to tell your four truths to others.

In general, the surest truth is the one regarding you. The one that touches the daily facts of your life.

And you, what will be your resolutions for the year 2023?

Naturally yours,

Augustine of Livois
