If there’s a cake that EVERYONE who makes it loves this one! Yogurt dough with paçoca topping. You have to try this delight that will surely make children and adults happy with a good black coffee!
Let’s go to the recipe:
Massa:
1 pot of natural yogurt (170g);
2 pots of sugar (use the yogurt pot to measure);
2 pots of flour (use the yogurt pot to measure);
1/2 pot of oil (use the yogurt pot to measure);
3 eggs;
1 col. (soup) I ferment
Mix it all up (beat it by hand) put it in a greased and floured pan and bake it at 180º C until you do that toothpick trick and it comes out clean.
Cobertura
1 can of condensed milk;
1 tablespoon butter or margarine;
5 pieces of crumbled cork. Bring to a boil and simmer. Spread over the cake and place two more crumbled paçocas on top.
