Much has been written regarding this book before it was published. Several instances up to the Federal Supreme Court had to decide whether Jolanda Spiess-Hegglin might have the Tamedia journalist Michèle Binswanger prohibited from publishing her research on the Zug Landammann celebration. She mightn’t, the book is now available, by Binswanger self published because no publisher wanted to take the legal risk that the publication might entail. The legal exchange of blows that went on for years was the best advertisement for Binswanger’s research. The book will find its readers and just as surely its opponents.
