AddUp automates metal 3D printing at Dassault Aviation

Metal additive manufacturing enters production at Dassault Aviation. In partnership with AddUp, the manufacturer will set up a fully automated workshop on its Argonay (Haute-Savoie) site to manufacture certified titanium and aluminum parts by 3D printing by 2025. In this project, which allows AddUp to develop a turnkey offer dedicated to the industrial series, automation offers better productivity and a reduction of the risks linked to the exposure of metallic, toxic and highly flammable printing powders.
