An officer from the 11 A Neighborhood Police Station of the City Police, who was traveling through a sector of the Buenos Aires neighborhood of Villa Santa Rita, was alerted by passers-by that there was a child locked in a vehicle and rescued him following breaking the glass of the vehicle, at a time when the temperature exceeded 30 degrees.
The uniformed man went to the car, parked between Terrada and Juan B. Justo streets, and to try to find one of the child’s parents, he rang the mobile siren several times, without receiving a response.
Faced with the urgency that the child was enclosed, without ventilation and with high temperaturesthe official he broke a small piece of glass with a hammer from the left front door to open the vehicle, a Renault Scenic, and release the little boy, who was given water to hydrate him.
The SAME was immediately summoned to verify the child’s condition, and an ambulance arrived from the Álvarez hospital, whose doctor carried out a clinical control, determining that the transfer was not necessary.
