“Depending on availability, time for training, schedule and preference, we can vary well. Examples: wholemeal bread, tapioca, fruit with a higher caloric intake such as bananas, rice, potatoes in general, pasta”, replies nutritionist Beatriz Finizola.

Questioned regarding which carbohydrates should be discarded following training, Beatriz explains that this time requires energy, that everything varies according to what the person likes and the important thing is to choose a carbohydrate that generates a good combination.
