The exhibition is organized into three sections. The history of the Botanical Garden offers a historical route in 24 stops through more than 300 images and archive documents. The Archives and photo albums present various historical collections: 723 black and white photographs of the construction and the beginnings of the Garden, 67 plans and sketches of the gardens, 39 posters of the floral exhibitions, 9 souvenir albums of the floral exhibitions, 37 letters taken from correspondence between Brother Marie-Victorin and Henry Teuscher, 14 extracts of signatures from the visitors’ book, 351 photos of flower shows, 68 press clippings and 3 films. Finally, the Publications section includes the first twenty issues of Memoirs of the Botanical Garden of Montreal.
