(PLO) – At least 7 people have died and one seriously injured following shooting at two separate locations in Half Moon Bay, California.
On January 23, Dave Pine – Chairman of the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors (California state) said at least 7 people were killed and one seriously injured following a shooting at two separate locations in Half Moon Bay. radio CNN news.
Mr. Pine said one shooting happened at the Mountain Mushroom mushroom farm and another regarding 2 miles from the farm. The suspect is a 67-year-old man who lives in Half Moon and is currently in custody.

San Mateo Police Chief Christina Corpus said officers found four dead and one injured on the first site, and soon found three more bodies at the second location. .
“This type of shooting is terrible. It’s a tragedy we’ve heard so many times, but today it happened here in San Mateo County,” Corpus said.
Ms. Corpus said the suspect’s motive for the crime remains unclear, but officials believe the suspect acted alone.
This is the second shooting in a row in California in just two days.
The previous shooting occurred at a dance studio in Monterey Park, killing at least 11 people. The incident happened as the city’s Asian-American community was celebrating the Lunar New Year.
Police are still investigating the motives of suspect Huu Can Tran, 72, and revealed that “hundreds of bullets” as well as homemade “gun silencers” were found in his home.
California Governor Gavin Newsom said he was at the hospital meeting with victims of the Monterey Park mass shooting when he was “pulled away to be informed of another shooting. This time in Half Moon Bay.”
“Tragedy following tragedy,” Newsom wrote on Twitter.
