The Gia Loc Investigation Police Agency, Hai Duong Province has just issued a Decision to prosecute the case, prosecute the accused, and order temporary detention for Nguyen Van Tu (SN 1991) residing in Gia Luong commune, Gia Loc district to investigation of property theft. Notably, Tu had 1 previous conviction, 1 criminal record for property theft, refunded by shipper job. But taking advantage of his job, Tu caused a series of thefts at night and at dawn.
Before that, Gia Loc CAH received information from VVD, LVN, also in Dong Can village, Tan Tien commune and Mr. NTB, Sai Dong ward, Long Bien district regarding the loss of property. CAH Gia Loc directed the Criminal Police Team to set up a special project to fight and arrest the subject.
After a period of specialized struggle, the police force clarified that the person responsible for the theft cases was Nguyen Van Tu, summoned to the police agency to fight for clarification.
At the police station, Nguyen Van Tu admitted to having committed many thefts of people’s property. Accordingly, at regarding 1 am on October 25, 2022, Tu broke into Mr. VVD’s house and stole 2 million VND.
At 0:30 in the morning of December 30, 2022, the subject broke into Mr. LVN’s house and stole a phone branded iPhone 11 Promax worth 10.6 million VND. Immediately followingwards, at 1:20 a.m. on January 1, 2023, Tu broke into Mr. H’s house and stole from Mr. NTB (Mr. H’s son-in-law) 2 phones worth more than 26 million VND.
Tu declared that, following the execution of his sentence, Tu returned to his hometown and was given the opportunity to return his salary by delivering goods. With this job, Tu is quite familiar with the area. Bad character is hard to give up, when seeing people’s loopholes, Tu immediately takes advantage to find a way to break in to steal property.
