Ingredients:
– 1/3 traditional oats
– 1 banana
– 2 whites
– 1 tbsp bitter cocoa
– 3 sachets of stevia
– vanilla extract to taste
– 1 tsp. baking powder
How is it done?
In a blender you put all the ingredients. Once blended, spray a waffle iron or a blood vessel with spray oil, if you don’t have one, you can also make them in a pancake maker or in a small Teflon skillet. When the pancake maker or skillet is hot, pour the mixture in with a small ladle. Cooking is fast on one side and then on the other.
They can be accompanied with red fruits, bananas, kiwis or the fruit that you like best. It is also good to spread it with cream cheese, some candy or peanut paste, which, in a fair measure, gives you healthy fat.
